1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Upon finalizing your transaction, our fulfillment team immediately begins preparing your items. We require a standard processing window of approximately three (3) business days to perform quality assurance, package the goods, and transfer them to our logistics partners. Please note that transactions completed over the weekend will enter the processing queue on the subsequent Monday.

2. Freight Rates & Transit Timelines

Okkototogo proudly offers a universal, flat-rate shipping fee of just $5.99 USD for all international destinations. Once your parcel departs our facility, standard global delivery typically requires between 10 and 20 business days.

3. Unforeseen Transit Interruptions

While we strive for prompt deliveries, occasional delays caused by international customs clearances, adverse weather, or unexpected carrier disruptions are beyond our operational control. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding should such external factors extend your delivery timeline.

4. Monitoring Your Shipment

As soon as your order is dispatched, an automated confirmation email containing your tracking credentials will be sent to your inbox. You can trace your package's global route using the universal portal: www.17track.net. (Kindly allow 48 to 72 hours for the courier's database to synchronize and display the initial movement data.)

5. Split Deliveries for Multi-Item Orders

Did you receive your Pet Comfort & Gear but are still waiting on your Care & Feeding Essentials? Do not worry! To expedite fulfillment, multi-item purchases are often divided and shipped from separate distribution centers. Consequently, these products will arrive in distinct parcels, each accompanied by its own specific tracking link and confirmation email.

6. Modifying Purchase Details

Revisions to your shipping destination or product specifications (such as variant, color, or size) must be requested urgently. We strongly advise emailing our customer care team within a 12-hour window of placing your order. Please include your Order Number and the exact adjustments needed. Once an order enters the active packaging phase, we can no longer alter its contents or reroute its destination.

7. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable during the courier's delivery attempt, they will typically leave a collection notice and securely route the parcel to your local postal branch. Your immediate next step should be contacting that local office using your tracking code. Please be advised that Okkototogo assumes no financial liability for packages returned to our warehouses due to uncollected parcels or inaccurate address submissions.

8. Stagnant Tracking Statuses

If you suspect your delivery is experiencing abnormal delays, please follow this protocol:

  • Check the Timeline: Look at the most recent timestamp on your tracking link. If the parcel has registered movement within the past 7 days, the transit is proceeding normally.

  • When to Escalate: If the tracking history remains entirely frozen for more than 7 consecutive days, please email our support desk so we can launch a formal carrier investigation.

9. Missing or Compromised Parcels

Dealing with a missing package is frustrating, and we are here to assist.

  • Lost in Transit: If a logistics provider officially concludes that your shipment was lost prior to delivery, Okkototogo will gladly dispatch a complimentary replacement order.

  • Post-Delivery Liability: Our coverage strictly concludes once the tracking portal registers the parcel as "Delivered." We cannot offer reimbursements or replacements for packages suspected of theft from your property after a successful delivery scan. We recommend consulting neighbors or building management in these instances.

By finalizing a transaction on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

  • Projections, Not Guarantees: All published delivery timeframes are estimates. Okkototogo is shielded from liability regarding carrier or customs-related holdups.

  • Import Levies & Taxation: The consumer bears full responsibility for any cross-border tariffs, import taxes, or customs duties levied by their local government. These surcharges are not included in our checkout totals.

  • Information Accuracy: Clients must input a flawless delivery address at checkout. We offer no compensation for routing failures stemming from client-input errors.
