Whenever you shop for your furry companions, the handling of your personal and financial data is governed by our official Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you grant us explicit permission to collect, store, and process your logistical and payment information to fulfill your transaction. Okkototogo reserves the right to refine our privacy practices; your continued patronage implies acceptance of any published policy updates.

3. Order Fulfillment & Right of Refusal

Okkototogo retains the absolute authority to decline, suspend, or cancel any transaction at our sole discretion. This typically occurs under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

The pet merchandise you requested has unexpectedly depleted in inventory.
Our payment gateways flag the transaction for potential fraud.
There is a glaring typographical error regarding the item's listed price.

Should we void an order, we will promptly cancel the charge or issue a complete refund. Additionally, we hold the right to modify product specifications, revoke promotional offers, and alter pricing without prior public announcements. We may also request further identity verification before dispatching your package.

4. Accuracy of Merchandise Portrayals

We work diligently to ensure that every detail—from the dimensions of our Pet Comfort & Gear to the materials in our Care & Feeding Essentials—is presented accurately.
