What is the estimated delivery timeframe?

Once our warehouse finishes processing and hands your package over to the courier, standard international transit typically requires between 10 and 20 business days.

How can I monitor my parcel's journey?

The moment your order leaves our loading dock, an automated dispatch notification containing your unique tracking credentials will be sent to your inbox. You can utilize this code to monitor your delivery’s global progress via www.17track.net.

Why does my tracking link appear stalled?

Please do not panic if your tracking portal doesn't instantly populate. Carrier databases generally require 24 to 48 hours to initially synchronize. Furthermore, it is entirely normal for a parcel to experience a few days without digital scans while it is in transit between major international routing hubs.

Why did my delivery only contain part of my purchase?

To minimize your wait time, multi-item purchases (for example, ordering both Pet Fun & Training toys and Care & Feeding Essentials) are frequently split and dispatched from different distribution centers. If this happens, each distinct package will generate its own individual tracking email. The rest of your items are securely on their way!

Order Revisions & Cancellations

Can I modify my delivery address or contact details?

Please provide your Order ID, checkout email, and the corrected details. We can only implement these corrections if the package has not yet entered the active fulfillment stage.
